[2022] Can' t progress in puppets and prisoners.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to tie up Tedmund during "Puppets and Prisoners." Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us.

To help us to investigate this issue further, would you be able to provide us with a video which shows the following:

• Your active quest log, showing that "Puppets and Prisoners" is the active quest and the current objective for the quest.
• Your current location in-game, showing that you're at the house Tedmund is in.
• That you are unable to tie up Tedmund when prompted.

I'd recommend uploading your video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
