Sorry to hear game is not appearing in the library. Could you please provide us with more details regarding your purchase, was it purchased from Ubisoft Store or from the official retailer? Is it digital or physical copy?
Have you tried to log out from Ubisoft Connect and log in back applying administrator rights?
