[2021] Access to 1.3.1 Update

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to update to TU 1.3.1 on your console. Can you check if you can manually update the game? To do this, go to "Library," select Assassin's Creed: Valhalla and press the "Options" button. You should then have the option to check for an update. You can then follow the instructions to install TU 1.3.1.

If you're still unable to install TU 1.3.1, can you please send us a video which shows the following:

• You have no further updates available to install on your PS4.
• The current Title Update you have installed in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.

I'd recommend uploading the footage to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread for us to take a closer look at.
