I've encountered a bug where whenever I look a new cloak as the male Eivor, the armor I have glitches and pulls any cloak I'm wearing back onto itself so the armor shows through the cape. This glitch happens with every type of armor that has the same basic design and has ruined the animation for several armor sets. Everything looks fine on the female version and nothing was wrong until I looted a new cloak. Loading older saves also doesn't fix the bug. I'm playing version 1.4.2 on PC. 
Hello @wcoats90 , thanks for reaching out to us and providing such a detailed description of the bug along with the screenshot.
We have had a similar issue where the weapons and a part of the outfit were clipping through the cloak when the cloak was being used, however the one you are reporting sounds different and affecting only the male version.
I would kindly ask you to record a short video and send us a link so we can investigate this further. You may upload it to any hosting of your choice and just share the link with us on this thread. Please also make sure that your latest saves are uploaded to the cloud.
