So I've got base Valhalla on ps5, but now with current legendary sale on ubistore it is actually cheaper to get base game + season pass, than only SP on console. So I've been wondering, would it be possible to finish base game on console, transfer saves to pc and then continue journey with dlc on pc?

As long as your cloud saves available in your Ubisoft account, you can continue your journey on PC.
