[2021] Mount Unavailable

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to select Alsvinder from the stables. Just to confirm, have you tried selecting a different mount, summoning that mount, and then choosing Alsvinder again to see if this triggers them to return?

If you're still unable to summon Alsvinder, can you please send us a video which shows the following:

• You own Alsvinder via Owned Content. You can view this information in the Animus Store.
• You can select Alsvinder at the Stables.
• You're unable to summon Alsvinder, and receive the prompt "Mount Unavailable."

I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread for us to take a closer look at.
