I bought AC Valhalla 2 days ago the game runs on max 1 fps. Firstly the game didn't want to run at all (the problem with not having directX12, but I've upgraded it), but when it finally let me open itself I was greated with the LONGEST loading of opening screens to date. I left the game for a whole night to let it process itself, but it wasn't enough. I still haven't seen the play button.
As you can imagine, I'm not happy with it. What is more, this is the first time something like this happend on my laptop. Before I have played both Origins and Odyssey on high settings and even Cyberpunk 2077 (the game that's known for not working) runs without any problems and it came out 2 months after Valhalla. I listed those games because all of them have similliar requiments to AC:V and they worked perfectly.
So what should I do? I would love to play Valhalla, but if it's not possible can I at least get a refund?
