[2021] Keep getting this "failed to synchronize achievements" and can not update to 1.3.1?

Hi there,

I keep getting the message "failed to synchronize achievements" those two weeks and can not finish the challenge DLC City of lights even i traveled to Paris and finished the DLC.
Today 9/7/21 i keep getting the above message and could not even update the game.

Any help?
