My apologies that you're not able to go back to England and that you're not seeing the icon on your Svartalfheim map.
I'd like you to start out with this quick troubleshooting and let me know if it's still missing after or if you're still not able to return to England. You should also be able to go to the Asgardian Gate in-game, then select the Leave Svartalfheim option at the door as mentioned in this FAQ.
