I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered trouble confirming your kill of Callin. Would you be able to send us a video which shows where he has become stuck underground? I'd recommend uploading the footage to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, so you can post a shareable link within this thread. We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.
Can you also let us know what happened during the fight? Did you finish it using a certain ability, for instance?
If you're able to load an earlier save before you defeated Callin, can you also try this to see if he respawns?
