Just to be sure we're on the same page, may I check the following with you:
- I understand that there are no error messages that you @kayky152004 receive at all, is that right?
- To add, do you possibly happen to be using MSI Dragon Center Gaming Mode by any chance? If you are, try temporarily disabling it.
- Where do you have your game installed? Is it in local drive or external drive (such as Microsoft Storage Space)?
In the meantime, for troubleshooting purposes, if you haven't already, give the following steps a go and see if that helps.
