[2020] [PC] [Crash/Freeze]AC Valhalla: Game won't even get past Splash Screen

If you have not already, I would recommend trying the rest of the steps on our PC troubleshooting FAQ. In particular, please ensure that your drivers are fully up-to-date. I also suggest that you disable any background applications, as these can interfere with game files and cause crashes.
