I normally play my PC games using my old HD-ready TV with a max resolution of 1360x768, 60Hz refresh rate, and a 16:9 aspect ratio. I get black bars at the top and bottom of the screen when playing at Full Screen. I tried Borderless Window and that acts like a flawed Windowed mode with the image hanging on the left instead of taking up the full screen. Also, the game thinks my TV's native specs are 1024x768, 85Hz, and 4:3. This is incorrect.

I'm using the latest driver(and final) for my R9 390 8GB GPU which is 21.5.2.

I've played other Ubisoft games such as For Honor and it doesn't have this issue.

Full Screen @ 16:9 / 1360x768 @ 60Hz:

Borderless Window @ 16:9 / 1360x768 @ 60Hz:

Incorrect native specs recognition. The correct native specs are 16:9, 1360x768, and 60Hz:
