[2021] New Bug is coming! UBI style bug. Avenging Quest prompt repeatedly.

update 1.3.1
not occurred in 1.3.0 and before

If there is a dead player nearby(showing in the map), when i open a box, a door, or sometimes just walk, an Avenging Quest prompt in left part of screen tell me Avenge for other player.
Not showing just one time , but repeatedly , until there is no dead player nearby

Would you kindly please fix the bug, or just provide a option to close this Avenging Quest.

@super_zq Hello, and sorry for the delay but thank you for letting us know that you are seeing the avenge quests repeatedly in-game. We are currently investigating similar reports. Does this occur in any particular area of the map more than others? Also, would you be able to provide a video from your gameplay that shows this? Just post the video to YouTube as unlisted and then send me the link here.
