It is as if Ubisoft has secretly nerfed the game or something and as if the game is going Skynet evolving and learning and getting smarter. I [censored] you not as this is happening and Hamptonshire has tripled and almost quadrupled in strength to almost 400 and is at 340 while all around is 100, 160 even 90. I also think it also has to do with the botched river raid patch and haven't even started the river raid main quest and am trying to raid the Readding Abby

Could you send us a screenshot or a video clip showing that the recommended power level for Hamtunscire is significantly higher than its surrounding areas, like you mentioned? I would also like to know your own power level as well as which gameplay difficulty you are playing on. The recommended power levels scale higher than your power level when playing on higher difficulties which is why I am curious. You may want to lower the difficulty setting to see if the recommended level for Hamtunscire changes. It is also a late-game area which would explain the higher recommended power level.
