I'm sorry to hear that a number of you are having trouble progressing in "Blazing a Trail." I've notified the dedicated teams about this issue so they can take a closer look at this. If you have been unable to progress in "Blazing a Trail" due to being unable to interact with Eysa, please can you provide us with the following information:
- What actions did you take prior to being unable to interact with Eysa?
- Can you please provide a video that shows you're unable to interact with Eysa during "Blazing a Trail." If you can also include your active quest long, this would be helpful as well.
I'd recommend uploading your video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
