So I recently bought AC Valhalla: Ragnarok edition for ps4 & ps5 on the playstore and I can't seem to download it. When I go to my library and check my purchased it says that I need to buy the standard edition. And when I go to the dawn of ragnarok page it says not available due to "meteor prepurchase entitlement".

Note: I bought the game on a region 1 store (US). I previously tried the game out with the free weekend on another psn account that was in my ps4 (UK). Reason why so many accounts is I live in the Philippines and the ps4 was bought in the UK so UK psn isn't really an option but its my main account.

Also, when I bought the game, I deleted the free weekend version. Help please I really liked the game when I played it and now that I bought it I can't play it.
Another thing, I never opened the free weekend on the region 1 account.

Hey,

Just to make sure, you are trying to download the game from the account that has bought it?

And you currently don't have any installed versions / free weekend clients of the game on the console?

Please also try searching on the PlayStation store for the game rather than your library for the game and see if you can click download from there, as if you are checking the library you may be clicking on the free weekend client again which you can't use again currently.

Hey @mysticmercury

So that screen comes up if you search for the game on the PS Store?

What happens if you just search in your game library looking for the game and click on it there?
