[2022] Unable to remove the Mari Lwyd hood/Glowecestre cloak

Thank you everyone for following up and providing additional information! As previously mentioned, this issue has been reported to our dev team and they will be looking into it further for us. In the mean, players have confirmed a workaround that we would like everyone to try. If you don't mind, please proceed with the following steps:

1. Go to a restricted City/Town and raise your hood
2. Put your hood down
3. Remove your cloak
4. Put your clock cloak back on

After completing those steps in that order, your character should be back to normal. Please let me know if this helps any of you. I appreciate it!
