[2021] My game is all in Russian

I recently got AC Valhalla on PC directly from the Ubisoft launcher and when I launch it everything is in Russian. I managed to figure out how to start the story and realized that all of the dialogue is in English at least. In the Ubisoft launcher I have my preferred language for the whole launcher as English but when I go to the properties of AC Valhalla the only language available is Russian. Could this be because I live in Russia, even though I have purchased other Ubisoft games and they were in English? All responses are appreciated.
