I'm sorry to hear you're encountering trouble with "A Scourging of Snakes." Would you be able to send us a video that shows you entering the church, but that no cutscene is triggered and that you're unable to continue the quest? I'm really sorry for any disappointment caused by this. However, as I can see that that this issue has been already reported, the development team are investigating it at the moment. We don't yet have any new updates to share with you all from the investigation at this time.
