[2022] Getting language pack option which is not included in the specific game version

Good evening.

I have a question about additional language packs - is there is a way to get/buy one more voice/audio option which is mentioned here:

but not included in the specific game version?

Recently I bought Valhalla via PS Store (UK region), but unfortunately, it doesn't include Russian language pack and I do not know how to get it.
I would really appreciate if you could help me with this situation.
