I have 40% hours of gameplay but Ubisoft connect states 59 minutes. I’ve successfully claimed some free gear et c but the stats are not updating. Searched multiple tickets but found nothing to help alleviate the issue.

Is the tracking off on Ubisoft Connect overlay for PS5, the website, the mobile app, or all of the above? Sometimes it might take a couple of hours to fully update the stats too. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
