[2022] Breaking the Order Quest

So I’ve finished the quest “A Poor Fellow-Soldier” and talked to “The Father” and got the medallion. But in my inventory there are only 14 medallions. The math doesn’t add up. There are 45 members. You turn in a set of 4. Then a set a 6. Then a set of 9. Then a set of 11 so there should be 15 in my inventory to equal 45 medallions all together. Am I missing something? Did Kjotve’s medallion get taken out after Eivor shows it to Basim? I’m so confused on why I only have 14 medallions and 45 members are gone. It’s preventing me from getting Thor’s hood so I can get Mijolnir.
