does anyone know what is causing this problem?
Sometimes while playing I have stuttering and lag, even in dialogue scenes. The gpu drivers are updated.
I bought it recently and wanted to play without any problem, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I use xbox one wireless conbtroler to play and don't know if that is the problem. Any fix?

I know stuttering and lag can be super frustrating to deal with so I'm sorry to see you're encountering it.
The controller *shouldn't* have anything to do with it unless you're seeing some lag in inputs but feel free to try using it wired instead of wirelessly if you'd like.
What I'd recommend for such issues is to clear your Ubisoft Connect cache, make sure the game and Launcher are both stored on the same drive, and run through the steps in this troubleshooting guide.
If you're still seeing the lag and stuttering issues, attach your System Files to a Support Case. If you let me know once you've done so, I can take a closer look with you.
