Cant complete the trade post mission, I've already located the outpost and all of them appear to be completed, even the ones that I have not discovered. And I've also verified the game files.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your trade posts. Could you please confirm if the trade posts were already completed the moment you discovered them, or did you build them up yourself, but the quest is still stuck in your quest log? Please also let us know if you can use the world map to fast travel to them, thanks!
