So I purchased this game when it first came out with the season pass, I think it was the deluxe version I forgot it was a while...
I then later purchased the COMPLETE EDITION on stadia when DAWN OF RAGNAROK was announced and eventually came out.
So what happens is when I log onto stadia, my Twilight set disappears all of it, mount, bird EVERYTHING.
I log into PC and it re appears, and this keeps happening, no fix at all. Ticket told me I need DLC on all systems, however I don't even own DOR ON PC!!! I even provided them screen shots. I am frustrated because the twilight pack should only apply on STADIA, since on STADIA I bought the entire edition (complete edition) comes with EVERYTHING. BUT on PC I only got SEASON PASS, here are photos.
FIRST ONE IS STADIA ON MY ANDROID, REST IS A PHOTO ON PC!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE, THE TICKET SYSTEM IS VERY BAD IT NEVER WORKS, YOU GUYS JUST CLOSE THE TICKET ASAP.

Hi @Get-Hit I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced issues accessing your Twilight Pack set.

I'm afraid that this is not something we are able to look into via the forum as we would need to look at your account and gather more information.

I can see that you had a support case open for this issue. The last reply from Customer Support was on the 2nd July asking for a video of the issue, however after 4 days with no response the case automatically closes. Could you please reply to that case and it will reopen and Customer Support can look into this further for you.

The same would apply for the issue with the Ubisoft Connect rewards on Stadia.

@Get-Hit Apologies for the frustration this issue has caused. The reason we request a video is because it helps us take a closer look into the process and steps you're taking, which it makes it easier for us to troubleshoot your issue. Also, if this were a bug that needed to be reported, the team will often want a video of the issue from us so that they can then attempt to reproduce the issue on their end, and from there work on fixing it.

If you feel inclined to create a video (you can even just record one on your phone) then please upload it to a website like YouTube or Google Drive, and make sure it is listed as Public so that we can take a look.

I also did some digging around on Google to see if I could find anything that I could suggest here that might help. It looks like a different player had trouble getting a quest to show up in the game on Stadia, and they shared the workaround that fixed it for them. It sounds very simple, but I figured why not offer the workaround to you and see if it somehow helps? Here it is: Access the Ubisoft connect overlay in-game via the main game menu, then return to the game.

Please update us if you're able to get a video of the issue, or if the above workaround helped at all.
