Thanks for taking the time to share your reports with us. I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered trouble with the blacksmiths.

The development team are aware of an issue wherein players are unable to upgrade/downgrade trousers at the blacksmiths if they own too many pieces of gear. We have an ongoing Megathread for this investigation where we will be sharing any updates or new information. I'd recommend following this thread for the most up-to-date news about the investigation.

We are also aware that the blacksmith doesn't have an icon on the map in Dublin. I've passed on your report to the development team so they can take a closer look at this.
