Bought isu knight armor and surthr sword but only received surthr sword. Deleted and reinstalled, wired connection so there’s no issue. Also bought gothic and draugr armor, those went straight to the inventory fine

Just to confirm, is the only item that you are missing the Isu Knight armour? Has this appeared in your inventory in the two days since your post was made, or is it still missing now?
If it is still missing, I would recommend opening a support case and providing us with a screenshot from the Helix Store as evidence that you purchased the item. Please also provide screenshots or a short video clip showing that the item is missing from your inventory, so that we can look further into this.
