This is tied to a bug that was allowing you to purchase multiple copies of the same tattoos from the merchants in Francia, which has been resolved. However, if the patterns were delivered to the tattoo artist before this was resolved, multiple copies will show up in the tattoo selection menus, even after the bug with the merchants was resolved.
Anybody else having this issue, and/or hear if there is fix coming?

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with duplicate tattoos.
Could you please provide a video or screenshots demonstrating this issue.
