I'm sorry to hear about this. This issue was reported to us as resolved so if it's the case this is still an issue for you I'll report this to the team to investigate further. Can I ask you to first of all confirm your affected save file is uploaded to the cloud and if possible provide us with images and/or video demonstrating this please? Thanks.
