[2022] Game Crashes after playing for a while! [PC]

I've been doing a "series" on my twitch channel where I've played through the entire AC series from start to finish and I'm currently on Valhalla, but I can't play for more than 1-2 hours at most, usually I get to play for 20-30 minutes and then it crashes. My PC Specs are above the minimum requirements

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: RTX 3080
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200mhz
OS: Windows 11

I've read that the game is supposed to be compatible with windows 11 but it just crashes no matter what I do! there are a few programs that NEEDS to be running, OBS as Admin, stream deck and Wave Link. I've had Riot vanguard running in the background also but don't need to have it running while I'm playing, but that has never made my game crash before.

Is there a fix or what can I do?
