I'm sorry to hear that the Berserker Pack has not been added to your account after completing "Family Matters." You may not be able to use some of the items until you've progressed further in the story. For instance, you won't be able to use the Berserker mount until you unlock your stables, or place any of the Berserker Settlement decorations until you find your settlement in England.
If you've spoken to Gunnar and haven't yet received the items, I'd recommend opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look at your account and investigate this issue further. Please include a full-screen screenshot of your proof of purchase for the deluxe edition, as well as a short video which shows the items haven't been added to your in-game inventory. These will help the team to investigate further.
Please don't share images of your proof of purchase within the forums.
