[2022] Missing Reda missions and cannot complete it as well

Again today my spouse can't get Reda missions and was only given one, and that one doesn't show up as a quest. So, she's lost the entire day's opals again. We were referred over here despite already speaking to another ubisoft employee who said to add the information to my current thread as it happened. See the photo below. This mission can't actually be done and was the only one today.
