I was recently doing the mission "Challenge From the Gods" and after I came off the mission all the suggested powers of the various areas were 30 levels higher than mine. Every my power increases so does the suggested power of the map and everyone within it.
Any ideas if this is a bug or is there something I can do to fix it?

Would you be able to let us know what your difficulty and level scaling settings are? Depending on your difficulty and level scaling preferences, you may find that enemies in-game are consistently a higher power level than you. For instance, playing on "Constant" means that enemies will always be the same level as you. Likewise, playing on "Nightmarish" means that enemies will always be 60 levels above your own level.
