When fighting Fenrir in Asgard, he disappears and I am stuck in his fighting area. I wake up and when you return to Asgard. Then reentering Asgard you die in few seconds by falling under the map. All saves are gone. Pls help!!

For now, can you please run through some basic troubleshooting if you haven't already, and then grab a video of the issue for us so that we can look into it further, assuming those steps don't fix it?
