[2022] [RESOLVED] Unable to collect "Arc of Elan" Bow | POST HERE

I apologise for the delayed update. Thank you for updating this thread following the release of TU 1.4.0. The development team deployed a fix within this Title Update, which I'm glad to hear has been successful for you We will now be marking this thread as "Resolved."

If you are still having trouble collecting the Arc of Elan following TU 1.4.0, please can you provide us with a video which shows the following:

• You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.
• You have completed "Reporting on Essexe" in your Quest Log. You will need to complete the Essexe storyline before you can receive this bow.
• You are unable to collect the Arc of Elan.

I'd recommend uploading any videos to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread. We can then take a closer look at these.

As we have had no reports of this issue with the Arc of Elan since the release of TU 1.4.0, we will now be locking this thread.
