Hi, I am playing AC Valhalla on the series S and the game gets stuck on checking for add-ons for 3 -4 minutes after which it loads but the online services are unavailable. Does anybody know anything about this issue, please? I have purchased all the dlc s and they are installed aswell. Ubisoft connect gets rendered offline too, incl. Reza s opal shop.

I'm sorry to hear you're getting stuck on that add-ons screen and then aren't able to connect.
I'd like you to go through the steps in this FAQ and forward these ports to make sure you have the most optimal connection.
If it's still not working, could you grab me an image of the error message you're seeing so I can take a closer look at this?
