[2022] Can't get 100% because of medallion bug!

Hello. I have completed every quest from the base game, I even took every single normal chest across the whole map, killed every member of the order but I only have 14 of 15 medallions and I can't give them 15 to the guy to go and start the quest to kill the father. It's literally the last quest I need to do to get 100% in this game where I grinded for over 105 hours in. Very sad I can't finish it. Isn't there some tool avaible I can edit my game save and spawn in the last one? I know this bug happend before but got patched apperantly... Guess it didn't for me. Can't get the thor hammer even because of this. So annoyed!
