Hello.

I am completely unable to play the game. It takes up to 10 minutes to even go to start screen after checking for add ons. Then when I finally start the game the game freezes immediately after just a minute or two when first auto save icon appears. Icons on items in inventory are not loading and map is completely pitch black. Before patch 1.5 I was able to play the game just fine on all the highest settings. I have 100+ hours in game and I encountered almost no bugs at all. I did all the things, reinstall the game multiple times, reinstall new graphic drivers, verified files many times, lowered graphic settings all the way to lowest, tried all the possible settings but nothing worked. I am sure it is not my PC because I am playing all the most demanding games you can think off on the highest of settings just fine and as I said previously I was able to play this game too perfectly fine before latest patch. I am unable to play more than a minute or two. I am mostly asking for help from other players more than staff.

Besides the troubleshooting you have already tried, can you please have a look at our Basic PC Troubleshooting guide? These steps can rule out many of the most common issues on PC. 

If after you've gone through the steps, you're still having issues playing your game, please reach out to us via our Support Website, Twitter DMs, or Facebook PMs with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag, as well as a description of the issue (you can even send a link to your post here). Once received, our teams will be able to look into this further with you.

If you contact us through one of our Social Media pages, please make sure you're including the email address and username associated with your Ubisoft account, since the team will need to link your account before you're able to upload these files.
