Good evening I would also have a question about the game assassin's creed valhalla, I bought a few minutes ago gold edition and I did not receive it in uplay, I bought it from your application, but apparently the money was taken from my account , and then I got an error as if the payment was not made, my question is where did the money go? 🙂

When a game or digital is purchased from the Ubisoft Store, it can take up to 24 hours to appear in your Connect launcher.

Usually, if payment is successful, you will receive a transaction/order number and an email confirmation from us to the registered email on your Ubisoft account. Do you have a email from us in your inbox confirming your transaction>

If you believe your payment has failed and you have waited 24 hours, please get in touch with us over a direct message over one of these links and we will check your account and transaction details for you and let you know what happened, thank you >
