[2022] [RESOLVED] Unable to fully upgrade Ravensthorpe due to missing raw materials / supplies | POST HERE

Hello there,

I apologise for the delayed update. The development team have been unable to reproduce this issue after thorough testing. We will now be marking this thread as "Resolved."

If you are missing raw materials or supplies to upgrade your settlement with, please ensure that you have completed the following:

• For missing raw materials, you will need to complete all raids within England and Norway, as well as all Alliances. There should be enough raw materials to fully upgrade your settlement if you fulfill these requirements.
• For missing supplies, you should be able to collect these from chests throughout the world, as well as purchase them from Yanli upon reaching settlement level 5.

If you are missing either raw materials or supplies needed to upgrade the settlement with, please can you please specify whether you are missing raw materials or supplies, and how many you require to upgrade your settlement with. Additionally, please can you provide us with a video which shows the following:

• Your alliance map, showing that all alliances have been completed.
• Your world map, showing that all raids have been completed.
• Your inventory, showing the number of raw materials / supplies you have collected.
• Your settlement, showing what buildings you need to upgrade.
• Yanli's store inventory, showing that you are unable to purchase additional supplies.

I'd recommend uploading this video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.

As we have had no reports of this issue with upgrading Ravensthorpe persisting in-game, we will now be locking this thread.

If you are missing raw materials or supplies to upgrade your settlement with, please ensure that you have completed the following:
