[2022] Reda’s store items disappearing from my inventory

Purchase items with opal only to have them disappear from my inventory. I purchased the “Scale Carver” axe for 120 opal. As soon as I fast traveled the item was unequiped and gone from my inventory. Now I’m missing the axe and the opal. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either
