[2021] Constantly Crashing [SOLVED]

Hi

Thought I would share a fix I found.

I decided to give AC Val another go and got into it.45h later.. out of nowhere.. game would start then constant crashing.

I tried:
validating the file.
deleting the game and installing on another drive.
sfc /scannow
updating my NV drivers
I tried updating Windows and it wouldn't update.
.. I even.. had a moment of dread at the thought of having to re-install Windows (Wow!)
Going through Event Viewer by hand and trying to find the error..
turning all my other background programs off (inc Afterburner/RTSS)
Turning off my second monitor.
Turning off all the extra Ubisoft Connect client options

Nothing worked.

Then.. I saw at the bottom of the options in the client.. I had turned on 'take a screenshot when gaining a achievement' recently.

I turned this off.. and everything started woking!
