Trying to get help for my brother, he has no idea how to email or anything similar. He got AC Valhalla for xmas and has not been able to play because he says at the beginning when he talks to the king it freezes or crashes. He is playing on a ps4 btw.

Could we please confirm the quest / objective being displayed?
Could you please also ensure they've attempted the troubleshooting steps in this guide as well as testing with a new save file.
Should the issue continue, we will need to see a video of the issue to look into this further.
