Hi guys,

A quick one but is anyone else if experiencing the same issue with in-game FPS not performing as it should, even with PC components that should be over exceeding what Ubisoft recommended to play the game? I stopped playing after completing the Dawn of Ragnarök expansion but came back on today after completing a game update to bring it up to latest version "1.6.1" for the new Tombs of the Fallen, etc. My game is averaging around 35-40 FPS on "Ultra High" pre-set at 2560x1440 native resolution and even dropped to my resolution to 1920x1080 and "Very High" pre-set and averaging the same, surely that shouldn't be right? My computer specifications are a i5-8600K overclocked to 5.0GHz, 16GB RAM, EVGA RTX 3070ti FTW3, installed on a 1TB WD Black M.2 NVME SSD. The last time I played this game it was definitely always hitting above 60 FPS at least and I have the game FPS Limit to 90 FPS so I used to get more than just the 60 as well but now I don't even seem to get above 40 FPS? I have tried checking that the latest graphic driver is installed and even performed a clean re-install of the driver, tried verifying the game files to try repair and corrupt files, etc and reinstalling the game and still nothing has changed. Is there anyone who can advise me with a fix / suggestions or is it something that one of the updates since last played has done to the game and it is what it is now? All my other games are running completely fine as they should as well so I'm just a little confused as I'd of thought with my PC components I should definitely be able to play at least 1920x1080 @ 60 FPS+ no problem? Thanks.

Hey @BradXEliteUK!

Seems like you've already covered most of them, but can you please run through this FAQ and complete any steps that you've not done already?

Additionally, it's a good idea to try disabling any background applications you may have that aren't needed to run the game, especially things like overlays.

Also, as a test, does the game's performance increase if you drop it to the lowest settings? Or does the average FPS stay the same?
