since 3 days i am unable to access the following DLCs:
wrath of the druids
siege of paris
Dawn of Ragnarok
I did everything possible to get it to work, reinstalled everything, hard resetted my Series x and internet router.
installed the dlcs from the season pass from manage season pass content since this issue already happened for wotd dlc in the year of 2021 for others and the solution for the fix was to do that and it didn’t work either.
since i am in touch with Ubisoft support via twitter i already did the troubleshooting and the following things:
created a new game and couldn’t start DoR neither did i receive the quests in the settlement for the other dlc.
i do not have multiple accounts
and checking the ingame own store shows i own season pass but none of the dlc if i press buy a window opens showing i already own them followed by a error message that you guys have online issues and i shall try later again.
Microsofts own store shows that i own everything and after talking to them via phone they told me that they can’t do anything since ubisoft limited their access regarding the DLCs
i was really hoping to finish valhalla 100% before my uni break ends this is really annoying.
