I'm on a PS4, and this is my 2nd play through on Valhalla and I didn't have these issues the first time around. When I raid and get raw materials, I get back to the settlement and and interact with Grain, Fowl, or Cattle for the expansions it just takes my raw materials without giving me the credit or building upgrade level on the settlement.
Also River raids still isn't working properly, I was able to enter at one point but not leave and yes I did the whole quick action wheel and settlement wasn't an option to choose so I was always stuck. I just tried to talk to Vagn and the option to go wasn't there.
I've done all of the upgrades and updates, any suggestions or help would be appreciated. I also deleted and reinstalled to see if the River Raids would work right but it didn't.
