Posting this here because in "Player Support" (hah!) I'd only get to hear "this was the last patch".
So, I got a "kill that guy" from Reda's kid in Jorvik (I was there for the story arc) and it was one of the palace guards. Couldn't stab him, shoot him (grey reticle, see picture) or hit him with a melee weapon.
Then, after the arc was finished and Eivor told me to go back to Randvi, the guy suddenly becomes vulnerable. Must have been crucial to the story or something.
