Hello @kmcdm and thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support. I understand you would like to find out if it is possible to transfer trophies from your PS4 to PS5.
Till January 2021 if you had played the PS4 version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla , upgraded to PS5, and continued playing with the same save file, the trophies that were unlocked in the PS4 playthrough wouldn't retroactively unlock unless the conditions were met again.
In January 2021 we released a patch that allows our players to load their save file in another version of the game, so that it is possible to play on both platforms with a single save file, but some trophies still do not appear in game automatically as they are linked to the story and the endgame, so you might require a second playthrough of a game that takes around 100 hours.
