The giants become allies after they turn from their animal to their humanoid form, and I'm unable to eliminate them and complete the encounter. I cant finish the game because of it.
I opened a case in support, but I can't log in to my account either. I have had no answers for over a week and I can't find the case in the bug list.
I saw a post here in January from another user with the same problem, so I'm sharing his video as it's the same case.

I can see that this issue has been already reported to the development team and it's currently being investigated. Once we have an update, we will let everyone know through the patch notes. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.
As you mentioned that you are unable to log in to your account, can you please provide us with more details? Have you tried resetting your password, by any chance?

Regarding the investigation into this issue with the Suthsexe Fly Agaric mystery, we're unable to provide an ETA for a fix as one has not yet been identified. At present, the team are still attempting to reproduce the issue, as so far their attempts have been unsuccessful. Once we have any new information to share, we'll be sure to do so here on the forums in relevant threads as well as via the patch notes for the title update where the fix is implemented (if one is found).
In reference to the reported issue megathread list as well, as I have written in the thread itself, it is not an exhaustive list; an issue not appearing there does not mean that it is not under active investigation. If we receive enough reports to warrant a megathread, I will create one and add the issue to the list. I hope this makes sense!
